John has my heartfelt appreciation for what he did for me last night. Their locksmith company was recommended to me by my friend when I mentioned I was having trouble with our gate - it was very hard to turn and lock. I called them and Joe was the one who came to my house and took care of our gate. He was very fast and fixed our lock right up! I can't thank him enough. I couldn't get my door open no matter how much force I put into it. As much as possible, I wanted to avoid calling a locksmith so I wouldn't have to pay for anything. When I decided to give up on the whole thing, I then decided to call a locksmith anyway to finally get it over with. Not that I was in a hurry, but I was really impressed to see Joe (the technician) arrived 20 minutes after calling their company. And I was even more impressed to see him unlock my apartment door in seconds, no kidding - I was really stunned. And to top all that the service fee wasn't all that high.
